Can't access any page with http

Hello admin,
I can access only 'https' pages but can't access 'http' page, so I can't view ads. 'https' pages working fine but 'http' pages refuse to connect, even I can't access my account page-http://www.ptcplanet.biz/index.php?view=account
http://www.ptcplanet.biz/index.php?view=ads
http://www.ptcplanet.biz/clixgrid.php

The problem exists for last 3 days. Please solve it ASAP.
